Charming Towers project is located in Kadıköy on the Asian side of Istanbul, one of the oldest districts of the city. The view of the complex is towards the Sea of Marmara. Kadıköy is considered one of the most beautiful areas of Istanbul and is also located in the city center and has excellent access to other parts of the city. Charming Tower project has two phases, each consisting of three blocks. The first four floors of this complex include shops and restaurants. The height of these four floors is about 20 meters and there are 23 floors in the project, each consisting of 10 or 11 units.
